Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Maneline. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly return/exchange or refund your purchase if the following conditions are met:

  1. Purchase date is within the last 30 days
  2. Item is in "New Condition" as it was received (unworn, tags attached and in its original packaging)

To start a Return/Exchange you must contact customerservice@horselife.store before returning your item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return/exchange or refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customerservice@horselife.store.

Please note the item you are exchanging may not be available in alternate sizing, colors. etc. as we are a boutique, and our inventory is unique. We are committed to making sure your shopping experience with Maneline is memorable and we will do our very best to meet your needs.  

Non-Refundable Items: Gifts with purchase, Promotional items, Gift Cards and donated items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately customerservice@horselife.store if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
